ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
It’s easy! Just follow the instructions below.
I use PayPal to process payments for my online orders and it accepts most major credit cards. It can also be used to pay for custom orders using your credit card (please see the custom order instructions at the bottom of this page). It‘s not necessary for you to establish a PayPal account to pay for your order using PayPal.
Step 1: Click once on “Add to Cart” next to “Order 5” x 7” Silhouette (first silhouette each person)”. Then click “Continue Shopping” to order Duplicate Copies and/or Frames.
Step 2: Click the “View Cart” button at the bottom of this page and “Your Shopping Cart” page will appear.
Step 3: Change any of the quantities that appear in the “Quantity Boxes” on “Your Shopping Cart” page to the specific number of each item that you wish to order.
Step 4: Click “Check Out” to enter your billing information then click “Review and Continue”.
Step 5: Click on “Pay Now” to complete your purchase.
Step 6: How to Send the Photos: You can send digital photos to me via a separate email to artistvirginiarose@verizon.net. Include your phone number on all emails in case I need to contact you. Or, you can send either digital or film photos to me via U.S. Mail. Please do the following regardless of which option you select:
- I will need a separate profile photo for each person. Front and angled view photos cannot be used for silhouettes. The person should not be smiling and the hair should be pulled back so the neck and chin are visible.
- Enter the following information in the title of the photos if you email them. Write this information on the back of the photos if you mail them:
A. The name and age of the person
B. Whether you want the silhouette to be facing left or right. If you order duplicate copies, you can receive both right and left facing silhouettes or they can all be facing in the same direction.
C. Whether you want the person’s name on the front of the completed silhouette.
D. Indicate whether you want a Solid White, or Ornate White or Solid Ivory background.
E. Send me your phone number either on the photos or in your email.
- Send the ship-to address to me if it is different than your billing address.
- Provide your name, mailing address, email address and phone number in case I need to contact you.
- If you have questions or want to provide me with specific instructions regarding your order, please email them to me at: artistvirginiarose@verizon.net.
- If you mail the photos, send them to: Virginia Rose, 2909 Powell Drive, Rowlett, TX 75088. Include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are all orders that are not a black and white 5” x 7” silhouette of a single person. Examples include multiple persons mounted on the same background, full length images, a size other than 5” x 7”, a color or any other custom order. My charges are very reasonable for custom work. You can pay for your custom order online by following the instructions below.
If you want a custom silhouette, send an email to me at artistvirginiarose@verizon.net describing what you want. Please include your phone number on all emails in case I need to contact you. Or, you can call me or call me at 1-800-311-6515 and I will provide the price for the desired work that you desire. The price that I provide will also include Shipping and Handling charges. After you have obtained the price from me, you can pay for your custom order on this web page using a credit card and PayPal. Click the “Buy Now” button below and enter the price in the “Your Order Summary” section. After the amount has been entered, click “Update” and then enter your billing information. Do not click the “Buy Now” button if you have not received the final price from me.
